I sent a text msg asking for a price on a vehicle. Lori with sales said because it's a new vehicle it's not been "fully stocked with the price yet" but she would talk to the Nissan manager and get a price. Then she asked if it was the only one I was looking at or if I was looking at other vehicles right now. anyways, 6 or 7 text messages and I stopped answering, I still don't have the price of the vehicle. It is listed on your website and says contact for a price. I guess you didn't want to sell a car.

Beware if you plan to buy from here. They will lie and try to cheat you. But if you want to overpay, have crappy sales people who are rude and have your credit pulled after being told you would not have credit pulled and be lied to over and over to your face than Bill Cole is your place. But if that’s not what you want than I suggest you stay clear! Also the price online they list means nothing apparently! Stay clear! Went out of state and drove 2 half hours away and got a better auto and deal than they were willing to do!

I’m sorry, I can’t recommend them. They did give me a decent amount for my trade but it was just an inflated number because when I asked them to sell their vehicle for the exact same price as a dealer out of state their response was no it’s the only one we have. It also took me 2 days to get a value number from them for my trade and I spoke to numerous people. Bill Cole Nissan took $3,900 of my money for a transmission repair that was recalled. I shouldn't have paid a dime. Bill Cole Nissan will not reimburse me. And so nicely told me to go after a Nissan law suit that the deadline closed while my car was being repaired in their shop. I would not recommend any services from Bill Cole Nissan.

Drove from West liberty Kentucky to Ashland Kentucky we was pre-approved for a couple different vehicles or so we thought . Just for them to say I would have to have a down payment.But I said I was preapproved before I went down there. I was basically lied to.
