I went to Bill Cole Ford to look at buying a new vehicle. They made the buying process so easy and fast. Kena was our Sale Consultant. She was wonderful. She explained step by step everything that was going on and when we were ready to leave showed us everything we needed to know about the vehicle. When I go to buy another vehicle will definitely be going back there.

I brought my truck all the way from Barboursville, WV To the service department. Tyler Sly is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and dedicated to his job of helping his customers. My truck’s problem was a little complicated, but was fixed quickly and right. Bill Cole Ford is fortunate to have Tyler as a Service Writer. I’ll definitely be back if any service needs arise because I trust the staff and know they care.
