My Ford Fusion is on a recall list for problem airbags, Ford is supplying a rental car until my car can be fixed, Bill Cole dealership has been very efficient and courteous in taking care of my need for the rental car, and I was supplied with a very nice car, so I might have to consider getting myself a newer model.

Great dealership! Very up front and Ford Quick Lane gets the job done efficiently and it doesn't take hours on end to just get an oil change like other dealerships and places! Prices are reasonable as all! Highly recommend!

The rep. who dealt directly with me was respectful and kept me informed on the progress with my repairs. The mechanic fix my issue and ran a check on the rest of my system to make sure all was well and didn't charge me extra for doing this.
