RecommendedI had to have a defective airbag replaced in my ranger. We no longer live in KY but the Ford stores near my new house were terrible and unhelpful. Thankfully I was passing through KY and the people from Bill Cole were so helpful and were able to get my truck taken care of within a couple of hours! Plus they were really nice about everything! Where as the other Ford dealerships were rude and and disheartening. If I need anything for my truck again I'm coming back to KY, Thanks Bill Cole Service Center.
Bought a new 2019 Lincoln Nautilus, beautiful car. Our salesmen, Terry Delawder was a blessing. He helped me out in every way possible, no question was stupid and he answered every one. Very pleased 👍👍
