Received prompt and courteous service when I went there to trade cars. I was greeted at the door of my car when I pulled onto the lot and was then directed to a salesman...who was overly friendly and spontaneous to what I had in mind for my new vehicle purchase. Had to have a airbag recall fixed on my Ford Fusion last week. The service department was prompt in getting this done in a timely manner. Friendly staff as well. I highly recommend Bill Cole Ford.
