I am extremely disappointed with the service I received and feel compelled to share my experience so other customers can make informed decisions. I brought my vehicle in after noticing water intrusion in the compartment where the battery is housed. I personally explained the issue to Travis and even walked him out to the vehicle to physically show him the standing water. Quality product. Horrible customer service. The relationship between the customer and consumer is not over once the car is purchased. it should be a pleasant experience as long as I own the product. I hope something is done to make this right!
The worst customer service I’ve ever experience
*****Update as of 12/20/18***** I had the chance to speak to Mr. David Gossett this afternoon. We had a very calm and logical conversation and he allowed me to express my concerns and offer insight on the situation. After explaining the situation Mr. Gossett has come to a reasonable solution to the major issues I encountered while dealing with this dealership. I commend Mr. Gossett and David Tripp on sitting down and talking to me, and working out what at least righted the wrongs I felt from this dealership. Thank you both... read more

Don't know why I even try anymore. Went here to purchase a vehicle I saw on the website. Salesman was perfect. Showed me the vehicle and explained all the features. Curtis more than did his job. I explained to him what I was willing to pay and corresponding monthly payment which then he relayed my numbers to the sales manager. This took about 15-20 minutes. Extremely poor sales experience when trying to purchase. Sales Manager was truly an awful person. Could have easily solved the problem, but only made it worse. Email the General Manager has not received a response over a week later. Parker Audi in Little Rock seized the opportunity and gained a new customer in the process.
They had my SQ5 for almost a week and still failed to fix the problem. Last Audi I will buy!!!!!!
