They 100% back there product, and took care of a difficult situation with dignity and outstanding customer service. JR was top notch and on the spot with everything that I needed! 4.5 stars (there’s always room for improvement) There are at least two sets of review with a car dealership. One for sales and one for service. I’m providing a review on sales at this time. We had a great team from this dealership that worked with us to get our 1st Audi last weekend. Ricky was excellent in showing me the various car choices and options available.
