I bought a 23 Cherokee from JRD and everyone was very accommodating and friendly. However, when my Jeep broke down (only a few months old) it was towed to Ray’s Ford (Brandenburg). It was not an option to be sent to JRD. We have been without a vehicle for well over a month. JEEP has not accommodated us what’s so ever. We asked multiple times for a vehicle to drive, they told us to go through our insurance. It has nothing to do with our insurance.
