I had an appointment for 8 am. Was told it would take an hour for an oil change and inspection. When I returned at 9 am my car had not yet been taken back for service. My car wasn’t complete until 10:30. I don’t know the circumstances behind the scenes and I try to be understanding. Maybe someone called in sick. It was just that my expectations were not met, not even close. The service person could have offered more communication.

Called up too 5 dealers before tirstar. And kept getting the run around. Called tristar of indiana. Shawn the salesmen was up front. Said the new dodge drango rt was on its way there. He said two weeks he can nail it down too. Was the only dealer out of five that could give me that answer. And we had it in two days. Very happy.
