About 8 weeks ago my wife and I were looking for a small camper that our van could pull and Tradewinds RV not only was the first dealer to respond to my inquiry they were patient and answered all of our questions helping us along the way. Tara Back was our sales person and she did a great job, answering emails, and taking great care of us, all while watching out for our camper as it was being build at the factory. I purchase my first fifth wheel from TradeWinds RV I recommend them the salesperson Tara and service department are wonderful, however I do not recommend the company they use to do their delivery’s I paid extra to have it delivered and only reason I bought a fifth wheel because they were going to deliver to my land. The delivery Guy was rude, truck was not equipped to deliver my unit as instructed. He wanted to drop my unit on the side of the road! I got him to at least park it off to the side. Have had my second Jayco trailer for a year. My experience has been typical of new rv owners. Some minor problems handled in the back yard rather than back in for warranty work. Last weekend, the control board on the water heater control board failed. Dealing with the parts and warranty folks was a pleasure. There pricing got me in the door, there service will keep me coming back!
