I just wanted to say thank You to Service Advisor Steve Ford and Technician Chris Smith. I brought our Mazda into them the day before Thanksgiving with some issues. Steve was EXTREMELY courteous and helpful. He wrote down all of the car issues correctly and relayed them to the Technician, who was Chris. Chris diagnosed all the issues and a major issue we weren’t aware of that he found. They sent me a video detailing the issues and corrections.
