bad customer service they give you a price on a car to pay when you do the paper work then change worst exp in a dealship
If you go to buy used car I would say...beware and consider going elsewhere...saw a used car listing, they quoted me a price with tax included, went 45 miles to go see it, drove the car..it needed work and had 4 different tires on it, AC was either not working or needed a charge, was interested if the AC works at the price as it was for my son as a first car that he picked and then ....at the end the day as we were sitting to discuss the price and deposit details, the manager turned to me and said there's a $600 documentatio... read more
HORRIBLE, DISGUSTING, RIDICULOUS DEALERSHIP! My brand new car is a piece of crap. The service department is a joke. If you call the corporate office, they tell you that you are crazy and make things up. It's a big man's club. NEVER buying from you again. You call keep your useless cars.
Had verbal agreement and they did not keep their word. Cost me a lot of extra money and wrote them many times and no one gets back to me. VERY disappointed!!!!

Parts Department is a joke, ordered 4 parts for my suspension, they sent me 3/4 of the parts. Waited about a week for them and they claim they bagged the parts wrong and still waiting for the correct parts. Very inconvenient especially when ur vehicle been off the road for a week and then to hear that “the parts were bagged wrong”
