RecommendedGreat service. Had water coming in under the slide out. They were able to quickly find the problem. I also asked them to reseal the roof. They determined a full reseal was not necessary and only charged me for a partial reseal.
Every time we needed help staff was eager and kind with their assistance.

We had a warranty claim on our 2021 HW277 and Mac helped us submit a claim using our photos while we were camping. We were only able to drop off or pick up on Saturdays and, again, Mac helped us by arranging to be open for us. I can’t tell you yet how the new awning works because we are going to use it for the first time this weekend. I call this exceptional service.

Whenever you purchase a new RV you can expect things to come up that need work. We have found that to be normal with many different brands. The biggest difference between dealerships is how the problems are dealt with. We purchased a new RV two years ago from Terrytown and spent all winter in Arizona with it.
