RecommendedTaylor Ford has a larger service department making it way more convenient to go there for maintenance and repairs rather than Southgate Ford which is 5 minutes from my house. Yesterday, they were able to fix two safety recalls and change the brake pads on the front and rear tires and I got my car back before 5pm (I dropped it off in the morning).

RecommendedTaylor ford has a very nice used car sales team. Very organized, was in and out same day with a 2013 f150. The sales team was very knowledgeable and walk you through the whole process. Both Jaime miller and Cindy really made it a much more enjoyable process and you didn't feel pressured to make any decisions. All and all great service and would recommend.
