RecommendedTaylor ford has a very nice used car sales team. Very organized, was in and out same day with a 2013 f150. The sales team was very knowledgeable and walk you through the whole process. Both Jaime miller and Cindy really made it a much more enjoyable process and you didn't feel pressured to make any decisions. All and all great service and would recommend.
I purchased a Ford Taurus from Taylor Ford and I was very impressed with sales process. I did not feel any pressure during the process to buy the car, which allowed me to make a great decision without any buyers's remorse. After the sale, the way the salesperson, Andrew spend time with make setting up the radio and phone making sure I was completely comfortable driving off the lot. Cindy and Jamie were awesome. Cindy's wicked sense of humor and candid personality really made my trip worth while to buy my CMax. Their honesty was also very refreshing as they went out of their way to make sure I was fully informed of the vehicle I was about to purchase. We have purchased our last 6 vehicles from Taylor Ford and will continue to do so even though we've moved to Dayton Ohio. In fact, the last vehicle that we purchased was even delivered right to our home! No business is perfect but the staff there has always done their best to make sure that our buying and/or service experience has been a good one.
