Jamie Miller is an amazing salesperson. She made me feel very comfortable with the choice I made. While I was waiting in the showroom, she moved all my personal belongings from the car I traded in to my new Escape (there was quite a bit to move because I really just stopped to look but found the car I wanted). Stopped in on a whim Monday night to look at trucks for my husband. We were immediately greeted by Donovan Snow who ushered us over to the F-150s and spent about 20 minutes answering all of the questions we could come up with. I came to Taylor Ford upon recommendation from my brother. I drove all the way from St. Clair Shores and my salesperson Chris Baxter had three cars ready and waiting for me to test drive! He was able to get me a great deal and found every rebate possible. Definitely will be back!
Our sales person Frankie Tucci (Used Sales) was excellent. Along with Mike in finance. We couldn't be happier with our "new" used 2015 Explorer. I take my 2011 Focus there for service and always have a great experience. Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for a Ford. Dealership is new and very clean.
