RecommendedYes I would recommend Taylor Ford and my salesperson Josh Hoglin. Very easy and helpful to work with. & patient. Also the finance person Cindy was helpful and friendly also. This is my first purchase from Taylor so I haven't dealt with the service department as yet, so I will have to get back on that part of my experience with Taylor Ford. I also they gave me a very fare price on my new(used) car and the car I traded in.

We have been using Taylor Ford for 4 leases so far, I have never ever had a problem with the service we received + they have always gone above and beyond. My last lease got a flat on my way to work, they brought it right in, fixed in just a few hours but in the meantime drove me to work so I didn’t have to wait there. This past week Chase got us into a new lease, he has gotten us into our last lease as well for my husband. I cannot recommend him enough, he is so personable yet professional. I absolutely would recommend this place. Nick helped me and got me into my car within two days (only because I got there so late in the day and banks closed) if I hadn’t I’m sure I would’ve went home the same day with my car!
