I used to service my car with this dealer's service center. I always have taken care of by Nathon Madison. With the same hope, I visited today but Nathon stepped out for lunch and I was taken, care by someone. When I booked my service appointment, I mentioned I need a loaner car and two days ago I called the service department and someone confirmed that they made a note of my request and when I come in for service, they will provide a loaner car or alternate options (rental car) to provide. I’ve taken my car here before for a service and all was well and they even gave me a good price on a new air filter so I went back for my 55k mileage service. They told me I needed new front brakes and new front rotors so I told them thanks I will take it somewhere else to get those done. Took it to pep boys and what do you know, I still have 40% left on my brakes AND my rotors are clean as a whistle. 🖕🏼🖕🏼

We found a Mazda CX5 on their lot with low mileage and a fair price. We wanted to trade in our car and put down a significant down payment.
