Kayla was awesome to work with. Same with David. Been going back and forth trying to get into a different vehicle. They had one that caught my eye and we were able to make it happen.
Salesman was excellent, vehicle as promised. McCord’ s in Longview wouldn’t come within $6k of the price despite their claims.

Got neglected at other dealerships and ended up talking to Kayla Bruno who helped me special order a new RAM 1500 Tungsten. She followed up on the order and kept me informed regularly via text messages. Took delivery yesterday, and the process was seamless. I was particularly impressed by the open, friendly atmosphere of not only Kayla, but the rest of the staff as well. Five stars, three cheers, no complaints.
