Excellent group of people all around I can honestly say there is a great group of people at this lot. Robert and Michael and the rest of the crew made me feel at home and I left with a sweet deal on a sweet motorcycle. I wouldn't hesitate to send friends and family as they'd be well taken care of!
Keith in Service Excellent Customer Service I took my Jeep in to get the window fixed. I am new in town and I work in Beaverton. So I really needed a rental car. I was offered one of their fabulous cars. They fixed my window and I had all service needs done to get my car back in shape. They stand by their parts that are replaced. Service department the greatest I challenged a renowned Portland pothole on a rainy day and the pothole won. Ripped a running board half off, left hanging in precarious position. Made it to my St. Helens dealership. Service Rep Ken Knudson assured me they could help me even though they booked to the max. Less than 24 hrs later, my running board was repaired and back in place and undercarriage inspected. Great experience at a dealership We are repeat customers at St. Helens Auto Center and will continue to be. The staff at this dealership is very friendly and helpful. Our salesperson was Michael Garcia and he went above and beyond to find the car we wanted and come in under budget.
Buying experience I have to say this was an easy purchase for us. Greg was easy going no pressure and very helpful. When out of his way to find the vehicle we wanted and got it to the lot. Will was laid back and pretty fun to negotiate with to get us where we wanted to be. Had a great buying experience !!
Good experience I had a pretty good experience. Greg was the salesman and he made the process super easy for my first time! He was really nice and wasn't pushy which I loved! He went over and beyond to fit my needs! I would recommend buying a car from him! Although I was happy with that part, a few days later my check engine light came on....
