I have never been to South County Dodge , I live in Louisiana. I needed a part for my Sprinter van and they were the only dealer in the U. S. that had it. It was not a big expensive part , it was a special bolt. I am glad we went back to South County Dodge Chrysler Jeep for our new car purchase today. We had tried another dealer that was closer to home and they were not very friendly or helpful. This is the 3rd vehicle we have bought from them, fact is, we still have the 2005 Dodge Van we bought there with over 200,000 miles on it. Perfect customer service! Explained the maintenance timeline for the truck. And it was cheaper than estimated for the oil change!
We dealt with Jeff Taylor about what we were looking for and our financial situation. He and the rest of the crew worked tirelessly to assist us. In just a matter of 2-3 days, they were able to get us into the exact truck we liked. It was well worth the trip to St. Louis. They have new customers for life I can safely say.
