My wife and I contacted Hassan early Monday morning about trading in our Kia Soul which we had purchased from him the year prior. We had a need for a larger vehicle, and Hassan was wonderful to work with as he had been on our prior purchase. We came in at 7pm for an appointment, got to see the car, check it out fully, then we were sent to Kristen to do the paperwork. My first car buying experience Walking into a dealership I didn't know what to expect. Jeff was extremely friendly and personable from the start. At first, I felt a little discouraged because I didn't understand the process. My grandfather accompanied me for support. The whole experience was a dream My lease was coming to an end, and after going back and forth with the dealership I leased from, and having them add $1000 to my contracted buyout price because Gov. Wolf said they could in the middle of the covid-19 crisis, I searched out another dealership to work with.
