Great service, very friendly. Service writer kept me well informed as my Sedona was being serviced. Waiting area is very clean and comfortable. I would recommend to all Kia owners to take advantage of this dealership's service department.

Some miscommunication on the part of the dealership started our experience on the wrong foot. But we were fortunate enough to have Naz'hea assigned to us as our sales agent. Her pleasant personality and obvious knowledge of the vehicle quickly changed our attitude.
