My husband and I were on the hunt for a new vehicle. While at another local dealership we decide to call Springfield KIA and inquire about the Seltos. We spoke with Dante and explained exactly what we wanted and what we had to work with. He invited us over and met everyone of our requirements without any of the pushy sales tactics. We walked out with a new 2024 Seltos and were beyond pleased with the service Dante provided. We will most certainly be a repeat customer.

I emailed service department, then "chatted" on the web site asking a question relating to service and never got a response. Finally called, asked question and it took four hours to get a full response. I did get my car serviced and although the servicing was slow it was satisfactory.

Wow! I can't say enough good things about the Scott Kia Service team. I came to Scott because another smaller dealer was not able to handle my rather large Warranty issue without a long delay. Scott Kia stepped in and was there to help, they got the issue diagnosed quickly and got approval from Kia Corporate to complete the work with a much quicker turn around than I ever expected.
