Could not be more pleased with the service The salesman, Dan Hrehocik was excellent. He made us feel very comfortable and guided us through the process of buying a car with ease. I would recommend him, the finance manager, the dealership to anyone.

Above Average Service Kiarra and Rick went totally over the top when it came to making sure we got the car we wanted. We changed our mind on them at least 3 times but each time they just smiled and catered to our needs. And finance was awesome too. I would recommend anyone shopping for a new car to give Kia of Springfield a try first!

Good Experience I have bought quite a few cars in fifty years and this was by far one of the best experiences.From start to finish with no problems.Its the little things that count like while we were waiting for salesman to come out to go over the vehicle with us he evidently got held up with the finance dept. He sent someone out to let us know what was going on and would be there shortly.Its the small things that count with me.

Great Service I recently visited Scott Kia of Springfield to have a routine oil change on my 2015 Toyota Carolla. I bought the car in November and i must say it was a great and easy experience. The staff has been eager to answer any questions ive had along the way. Not to mention they periodicially call me to see how the car is running. When i was having my car serviced, Thomas was helpful in answering a question i had about my warranty. He even had my car washed as a bonus while i was there. Friendly and Accomodating!!! Had an issue with my 2017 Sportage. Called and Melvin made sure to get me in after hearing the problem. I dealt with both him and Bob. All the staff in the service area were very friendly and accommodating. I will take my car there for now on!!! This was a very comfortable experience for me! Thanks Guys
