I had the most pleasant experience when I brought my car in for service. For the life of me, I can’t remember the young man’s name who waited on me. It was a young African-American young man, who was the most pleasant wonderful person I’ve ever spoken to. Please give him credit for this. I’m sorry I just can’t remember his name. Excellent service on every level. Every time I need service, I go to Scott Kia. Why? Every employee working this afternoon greeted me in some way. I don't know how to correctly spell his name, Nyhir should be cloned. Beautiful soul. Great kid. Professional.
