When taking my vehicle in for service at Scott Kia Springfield, I am always met by very pleasant service employees. I am always shown where the waiting room where there are complimentary drinks and snacks. There is a tv or magazines and charging stations. A very relaxing area.

Working with Dante was so amazing. I left the dealership and sat in my truck and thought this was hands down the best purchase experience EVER! Dante was great! He was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. Even though the car I wanted was sold out he still helped me look into other options while listening to my needs and wants.
