Scott Kia has been servicing my car for over 5 years. The service department has done a great job in repairs and simpler things like oil changes. They are courteous and inform you of what needs to be done and how much before beginning to work on your car. The team works together nicely. There is a nice waiting area and bathrooms. When taking my vehicle in for service at Scott Kia Springfield, I am always met by very pleasant service employees. I am always shown where the waiting room where there are complimentary drinks and snacks. There is a tv or magazines and charging stations. A very relaxing area.
