Steve LaMonaca is the best service manager I have ever worked with. The whole service staff is oustanding all the down the line. I have used the Scott Kia service department for many years and would not take my cars anywhere else. Steve recently solved a big problem for me and he did so very quickly. The service department employees are always friendly and knowledgeble. I wish the sales staff would learn from them. I give them one star.

Excellent costumer service provided by a knowledgeable Advisor named Jimmy Marquisette. Got a new Oil & Filter changed and 4 Tires rotation. Installed Synthetic Oil for longer durability vehicle health. Got a complimentary State Inspection and PA Emission Test/Sticker. Got a replacement FOB Battery for my spare key. I’m very satisfied with my 2013 KIA OPTIMA HYBRID. I have been a preferred customer with SCOTT KIA and I strongly recommend this Dealership
