Excellent Customer Service Bill Noldy was excellent to deal with. He listened to me, gave me options and made car shopping a very personable and pleasurable experience. From introducing me to the person I spoke with on the phone to the General Manager. If I wasn't standing in a dealership, I would have no idea he sold cars! Choosing a used car I have purchased two previous new cars from this dealership and have had both cars serviced here since 1998. I recently had an accident - my 2009 Altima was totaled. My wife and I went to the showroom to choose a used car to replace it . We saw Desiree Williams. She spent a considerable amount of time with us - listened to all our worries and helped us choose a 2013 Altima. All the staff at Nissan were helpful and courteous.
Just what you're looking for! This is my second Nissan leased from Kingston Nissan and John "Jack" Stelcen was excellent in getting me the right vehicle at the right price. Our family has had many cars from Jack and Kingston Nissan over the years and we've been consistently very happy with his service along with everyone else we dealt with at the dealership.
