No Pressure Sales Department Though the Family has purchased cars from this dealership it was my turn. I went in and dealt with Tim and as he was to my Wife and Son he was the same with me, No Pressure Sales approach, as I like it. Negotiation on the deal was easy and painless. As for the rest of the staff they were all up beat with me and all the other customers in your dealership. Was a pleasure doing business with you all Merry Christmas and for those that don't celebrate Christmas a very Happy and Healthy Holiday Season.
Sales person Brecken L. My sales person Brecken L. was wonderful, and very nice.Informative and tried his best to find me an affordable car. My ONLY problem with this dealership was the signing of the papers, which was finance and NOT Brecken. I signed a pound of papers in less than five minutes, and the finance person said "since we extended your loan we were able to get you a three year warranty" thats EXACTLY the way he said it. Buying a new car could not have been a better experience I found all of the staff at Kingston Nissan extremely helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to make my car buying experience a positive one. My salesperson, Robert Rolleri, was exceptional. He was patient, informative and attentive. Gary Pagliese and Jen Appollonia came to my Rescue They say there are no coincidences, however my car totally broke down and totalled out right in front of the Nissan garage. I was there to pick an employee up from work. What a place to total out. Gary Pagliese came right outside and saw that I was having a problem. I said that's it, I'll be walking for now on.
