Real good deal I just completed my 5th auto purchase with Romeo Chevrolet, am real happy with the service I received. Jonathan Block and Used car manager Mike bent over backwards to make sure I was accommodated. I am not going to say that everything, everyday with Romeo is Perfect....but at least they have put people in position to do their best to make sure everything is good. Gladly recommend Romeo Chevrolet.
Dan Farren dino was an excellent salesman. Dan was great.He was very knowledgeable about the car. He constantly checked on us as we were waiting to here from finance .Just overall an excellent. 2015 Silverado Lease Mike and Lynne were great! One dealing with Jeff Reopell because Mike was off that day. Jeff was insulting and we would never buy or lease from him. Mike and Lynne made up for that experience and we continued with the lease. Thank you Lynne and Mike we love the Silverado!!
Poor Service. There service department is horrible. I had to get a starter replaced on my 99 Camaro Z28 and I requested a wheel alignment. I previously also ordered an ignition-lock -cylinder for my car. After the starter was replaced, there were grease stains all over my Camaro. There no reason for grease hand prints on the trunk of my car if they only serviced the starter. I just waxed my car before it was brought to the dealership. It was painless Went to Romeo Chevy looking for a late model used car. My sales consultant "Johnny" showed me that for a few more dollars I could get a great deal on a New 2014 Traverse- The rest is history. I have had the car for about a month and must say it is beyond my expectations. Johnny made things happen like, life time oil changes and a great price on side steps. Courtesy and concern I gave Romeo only 4 stars because I'm conservative with my praise but I have to say that Mike Casella, our salesperson, was wonderful. I got the sense that he was genuine with his concern rather than just patronizning us to make a sale.
