Purchase of new auto This is my third time leasing a new car from Romeo Chevrolet... I am retired and wanted to reduce my payment. Matt Lopez worked with me. Matt went above and beyond to find not only the car that I wanted but lowered my payment also. He was very courteous and helpful. I will not only recommend Romeo Chevrolet to my friends that need a new car, but will also recommend that they ask for Matt Lopez to take care of them.

Over all experience was good The sales person Matt Lopez and Steve Vitiello in finance are both very experience in there fields. It was a holiday weekend and there were some confusions on when the vehicle was to be delivered, which was no ones fault. There were a few things that needed to be fixed and they though that I would wait for it to be fixed before delivery which I miss spoke on, so when I called on Tuesday they made arrangements to have it ready for me on Wednesday. Romeo is the place to go for your vehicle The staffing at Romeo Chevrolet Buick GMC were all very pleasant and professional from the time I walked in to the dealership. The service was excellent. They understood my needs and made getting a car possible at a price I could afford. Romeo is the place to go if your in the market for a vehicle.

Buying a Car I decided on the car I wanted to buy. I found it at Romeo. Joe made the whole experience easy and fun. No pressure, answered my questions and was so very kind. It was way better than I had anticipated. I had expected to be helped by a pushy salesman and instead I was helped by a personable, easy going young man. Amazing life changing experience! After a very negative experience with a sales consultant, my feelings on shopping for a vehicle felt more like a visit to the dentist for a root canal.
