Person that called me with list of things needed done never called me to let me know my vehicle was ready. When I called she said she did call me, then checked and stuttered a bit then said, she did call me. Its not a big deal but I rather she would been honest. I called because I didnt get a call and for me thats fine. But I would guess many others may not? Other than that, getting me vehicle was quick and smooth.

Price Toyota performed a Diagnostic Eval to identify what was wrong with my Prius because it would not start. They identified the Water Pump had failed and replaced it quickly. Their communication and efficiency were top notch. The only thing I didn't like was the price.
