The service advisor explained what was done and what needed to be done. I thought the fees were high and I also thought I should not be charged $32.95 to rotate the tires when I purchased all four Michelin tires from your service department last year. I feel that should be a service provided free of charge. My invoice states that I requested a tire rotation, which is not the case. My last visit, I was informed by the advisor that it should be done on my next visit.

I like the oil they use and price was comparable. They forgot to add air to tires they rotated and I have to stop somewhere and add air. Other than that excellent service.
