ok service, quick work but wanted more pre maintenance
Its ok they need a detailing service
We had a problem while we were away from home on a Christmas road trip. A near by shop told us we had a bad alternator. Artie took great care of us, made sure a thorough troubleshooting was done to accurately pinpoint the problem. We were any easy target for an up-sell, but they only addressed the actual problem while taking the time to confirm we had no other issues knowing that we were on on long trip and heading into bad weather.
Service performed as expected. Service department was very busy this day. Now, I do not see a need of making an appointment if it is not recognized.
