My car key was not unlocking doors when cold from the AC but worked fine when it warmed up. The service crew suggested a new battery and the parts department helped me from there. It is wonderful to have folks that know cars (and keys) to help when things don't work. Many thanks!!!

My service associate Nicole went out of her way to get me in for an oil change is a drive up. She told me what was my best chance of getting a quick oil change. In these times of incompetent people, its nice to have someone you can rely on. She couldve just said theres no openings and get rid of me. She always answers my questions Honestly and I trust her. Id like to only deal with her. She always keeps me informed about what theyre doing with my car and I like that. I hope she stays with Honda thank you Mike.
