The staff was exceptionally helpful for fixing a vehicle recall on my 2008 CR-V. I was provided a loaner vehicle and only had to wait for the repairs to be completed within 3-plus hours! Not being familiar with a new loaner vehicle, a staff member very kindly showed how to operate the vehicle-without laughing to much!!!!
