10/26/22 I paid 1200.00 for 4 tires. Three days later I caught a flat and now have a statement from a certified maintenance company verifying my tires were never changed. Price Acura pocketed 1200.00 dollars of my money for free and cost me 5 days of work
Salesman Anthony Johnson was great. My issue was not with him. The vehicle I bought only came with a single key and no remote. When I realized this I had already put down a non refundable deposit. 2 new keys and remotes were about $600-700 from the dealership. The car was on the lot for almost a month. The right thing to do would’ve been to at least provide a key and remote. I just have a bad taste after that experience.
They charge well over MSRP on parts and if you buy a part from another dealer even if it is OEM, they will not cover labor if it fails! A OEM part is a OEM part they come from the same manufacture! This makes no sense! Trying to make an appointment is a nightmare! I will never buy another Acura after this experience!
Been there twice, once in 2014 and 2021. Poor costumer service. Definitely not going back.
Was told I had 30 days to cancel extended warranty that I purchased. After some consideration decided to cancel. I purchased my vehicle on Thursday. Reached out to finance manager Jim B via telephone beginning Saturday in regards to steps that I needed to take to refund/cancel product.
