RecommendedI’ve always had great service, and awesome friendly folks to deal with. I was given a new 2020 cx5 to drive while mine was being serviced. The girl in the service area alerted me to my driver’s license needing to be renewed which I took care of thank you very much.
RecommendedThe cars are just safer and better in almost every class. Good gas mileage. Sexy body and interior on my CX-30. Zach white was my dealer and he was great and knowledgeable about Mazda, it’s mission, and the vehicle I was specifically interested in. The rest of the team including Dave in finance are good guys and are helpful. I’ve already recommended to others and will be back myself in three years when my lease is up. And I live in Philadelphia PA.

RecommendedJosh and Bill were wonderful to deal with. Although a little snaffu happened with the vehicle I had originally picked but it all worked out. They never once make you feel like your credit is less than perfect like some places that are rude and ignorant! Go see Josh!!

RecommendedAwesome customer experience Sam and mr Anderson was very professional and fun! I got to drive away in a ram!!!!! I appreciate the atmosphere in this dealership....... Toyota of Boardman was rude and unprofessional but I decided to give Preston one more chance at Mazda and for the second time out of 3 I have bought from Preston Toyota of new castle and here I highly recommend to anyone!!!!!

RecommendedWe had a great experience , and I am someone who dreads car shopping. Scott was fantastic and so was everyone we met. My wife lives her 2019 CX-5! Oh and I was very happy they had Starbucks Coffee in their lounge! 5 stars!
