10/10. Great sales experience and great service. Staff is very friendly and down-to-earth. Honda is a brand that sells itself, so the sales team isn’t aggressive, they don’t have to be. Recently bought 25’ CRV and absolutely love it. Drove it all week in the recent snow storm that slammed Pittsburgh and it over exceeded my expectations by far. I went my yearly State Inspection and maintenance at this dealership. Both times the service was smooth and everything were taken care of. I never had any issues with my cars after getting the services done. Thank you Brandon for your assistance! He well explained the process for the scheduled services and takes time to answer questions that I had. All the staff were kind and easily approachable.

As a long time customer, I am very disappointed in the service I received. I had my car inspected and the documents described my tires in the yellow block, however, another document said I failed the inspection bc of my tires. I paid $28 for the inspection and went to get tires elsewhere. Therefore, to come back the next day would cost me the full $40 to reinspect my car. Why would I travel 45 min to pay again? Had my 2025 Honda Ridgeline Sport in for service at Preston Honda for the first time. Very professional services, Brandon my service advisor and Larissa service manager were both very pleasant to talk and care about there customers concerns. I will definitely be using there services again and recommend them 100percent.
