Staff was kind, however do not go in blind of you do not know what you are talking about. I had one latch not working. It took me (someone rather uneducated on the topic) approximately 20 minutes and a handful of Google searchs to diagnose the problem in a parking lot. I took my vehicle to this Honda dealership for recall work (separate) and had them take a look for some more information on repairs after I told them exactly what what wrong. Routine service maintenance. My car had 4 scratches on left front door that I did not see until I got home. Deep cuts into the paint! My survey to them let them know and I never heard a peep from them. Guess they don't care.

I came in for an oil and knew I could still go longer on what I had, didn't really need the oil change yet. The service Mgr came out to let me know this, he was concerned I was spending money I didn't need to. I had them change it because I don't drive a lot but didn't want to have to come in during the middle of winter.

I was 30 mins late for an appointment that I had to reschedule twice prior (for my own terrible time management). I was annoyed with myself! But the Preston Honda Service team was unbelievably patient with me and had no hard feelings! They allowed me to show up to my late appointment, instead of rescheduling (which I would’ve understood since it was my fault). I came to Preston Honda today for a renewal of my State Inspection. Everything went as planned and I was very satisfied with my experience. They always greet me when I arrive. The service was very quick. I will definitely be coming back to Preston Honda in the future.
