10/10. Great sales experience and great service. Staff is very friendly and down-to-earth. Honda is a brand that sells itself, so the sales team isn’t aggressive, they don’t have to be. Recently bought 25’ CRV and absolutely love it. Drove it all week in the recent snow storm that slammed Pittsburgh and it over exceeded my expectations by far. I went my yearly State Inspection and maintenance at this dealership. Both times the service was smooth and everything were taken care of. I never had any issues with my cars after getting the services done. Thank you Brandon for your assistance! He well explained the process for the scheduled services and takes time to answer questions that I had. All the staff were kind and easily approachable.
Very good service for annual inspection and oil change. Did not wait very long for completion and employees are very courteous. Waiting area is very comfortable with TV and refreshments. Customers appreciate that.
I scheduled an oil change but was due for some additional services. When Brandon told me, I told him I’d need to schedule those another day bc I had to leave by 10. He checked then assured me they would all be done by 9:30 am and they were! Always exceptional service!
Staff was kind, however do not go in blind of you do not know what you are talking about. I had one latch not working. It took me (someone rather uneducated on the topic) approximately 20 minutes and a handful of Google searchs to diagnose the problem in a parking lot. I took my vehicle to this Honda dealership for recall work (separate) and had them take a look for some more information on repairs after I told them exactly what what wrong.
