Our SUV was serviced quickly and staff was great! The waiting room was modern with USB charging ports, water, and snacks. To top it off, we also received some VW swag when my friendly service advisor handed me the keys. I hope I'm not jinxing myself, but I have dealt with numerous dealerships as a car hauler and customer. Prestige VW has been the best thus far.

My service advisor, Alyssa, was top drawer. She is engaging, a good listener, and knowledgeable. My only concern was, upon my inspection, the new Continental tires each were inflated to 43psi instead of the factory specified 38psi. There may be a good reason for this, but I should have been informed. Also I didn't receive any warranty documentation for the new tires.
