This message is updated to my previous message which I deleted. On June 12th, 2024 I took my 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport to the service department for an oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection just like I do every year before I leave for vacation. The service advisor, David Rivas, was very good. He got me right in even though I didn't have an appointment which was very convenient. The service was done quickly. The only problem that I had was with whoever the mechanic was that conducted the multi point inspection. H... read more

Nico Rullo provided the absolute best service I’ve received there to date! I sent my daughter there, as I purchased my vehicle there two years ago. He took care of her from start to finish with the upmost professionalism& he went the extra mile in every way just to make sure her first car purchase was amazing experience! Got a good deal on a used Nissan Pathfinder Platinum. Mike Holsborg and his manager made the transaction smooth. They were very accommodating with our requests. They made buying a used car at a dealership very pleasant. We left very happy!
While we didn't actually purchase a car from Nissan, I cannot say enough good things about Mike H (salesman), Mike W (salesman), and John (manager). We test drove a 2024 Pathfinder and was given a very good price (under MSRP if I remember correctly - because it had some miles on it) and was given a very good offer on our trade-in (albeit sight unseen).
