My husband and I went down, and talked to Rich, and told him that i needed a car, cause my other car had power steering issues, and he was so understanding, and polite, and they worked with us, cause im involved with the church in Avoca, and living in Scranton, needed to get back and forth, and was so surprised, when Rich came out after running the paper work, and I drove off the lot with a 2011 Kia Optima LX. I walked into the showroom not knowing what I wanted and unsure of buying a car...
