Experienced, patient, and kind salespeople! This was my first car-buying experience. I was terrified to step foot inside. I truly thought I’d be laughed at when they got a look at my credit score, but Fred (and occasionally the others) were patient with my endless questions, accepted that I was tight with money (even taking the down payment down a notch for me), and fully explained the payments and process for me to get my car. Great experience This is my second new car I've purchased from Performance Kia in the past two years. Fred Benson is a knowledgeable salesman, personable and easy to work with.
