Fast Friendly Service I always feel confident bringing my car here for service. I love the online option to book your service and before confirming your appointment it Gives you an estimated cost. The service department is prompt to see you when you walk through the door. If you wait for your vehicle they will periodically come out to let you know a status and my car is done in a very timely manner.
Oil change I have been coming here for years. We buy Kia cars because we really like them! The only thing that’s a negative is the wait time. My husband works crazy hours so when I do need something done with my car, it takes some time.
Soooo friendly! Wish I lived closer! Loved, loved, loved this service station!!! I was on a road trip from Buffalo, NY to NYC when my check engine light came on. This was the nearest Kia dealer and I called praying they could see me without an appointment. Not only did they take my car immediately, look it all over, and fix my rear brakes, they also helped me find a place for lunch to feed my toddler! They had me in and back on the road in 2 hours! Excellent customer service I went to turn in my leased Kia, and discovered a lot of fees that my previous dealership neglected to disclose to me. Danielle really helped me out from start to finish, I truly appreciated having her as my salesperson. I’m pretty sure if I had gone back to my previous dealership, i’d be in a far worse situation.
