Good dealership work hard to get Bank approval I would have gave five stars but I felt it took too long to verify simple incomes but I don't believe dealerships fault. Other than that it all went well
Everyone was nice not had a wonderful time there My sales person rich Ianuale was great no one was pushy it was very relaxing. And I got a brand new suv when every where else was trying to get me in used the financial department was a number 1 in my book thanks for my new kia
New purchase Price not what I expected as the Kia web site had it for a lower price. They did however try to give me a number that we all could agree on.
Turning in my lease I feel that Ron Martin was honest, listened to what I was looking for and came through. My lease was not up for another 2 years but didn't want that model any longer. I did go to another dealership, and got a "sour" taste in my mouth for the way they "dis" other dealers. I felt pressured at the other place to buy the car I really didn't want and kept being told that my current car had too much negative equity. Professional, quick and flexible. The crew at Performance Kia were friendly and knowledgeable. This lead to my visit being quick and satisfactory. When I was unable to meet the down payment they contacted the bank and negotiated a new down payment that I could afford, demonstrating a level of knowledge and flexibility that I quite frankly have not come to expect. This was very refreshing and cemented my loyalty to Performance Kia. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I come across looking for a vehicle.
