Overall a good experience. The sales staff was attentive to my needs and very friendly. No pressure sales but I went in knowing what I wanted and with the intent to drive home a new car. My only *complaint* (and it's not really a complaint to be 100% honest) is that their detailing department was so backed up that day that it would have been another hour past paperwork to get the pre-sale detailing done. Melissa is not who bought the car.I feel I was forced to buy a car I knew I couldn't afford. I came in to see a different car and was told it was sold. Did not offer a car in my price range. Told me what I wanted. Now I am stuck with a car I love but can't afford! Also my daughter had to co-sign and if I mess up shes now affected. Sincerely Helen Ward
