Deserves a promotion. Sat with us for more than 4 hours to figure out what I needed. Also helped us with all the problems we had as first time car buyers. She also made sure I drove off the lot that day with my new car. I really think this dealer should get a promotion or a raise. I recommend her 100%.

Quality vehicle, Superior Service Best way to describe the experience is to basically tell you go yourself and find out. The service was superior and very interactive with the kids. Fred was and is GREAT as he took care of us from the beginning finding us the vehicle that we wanted right to the final sale. I thank all the staff involved as I forget. Best car buying experience!! We went there to purchase a 2017 Kia Rio and could not say enough about the kind and helpful staff. They got us right in the car we wanted to test drive and were very eager to explain everything about the car and how to use it. Amazingly easy. I have been in the car buying mood for 6 months. Every car I've ever owned/drove has had something wrong with it. When I went in to Performance Kia I was originally dropping paperwork off. I walked out with a 2017 Kia Forte. I cried the entire way home. Joe, the salesperson was personable and that's important when buying a car when you have a family. I've never been more pleased. What a great experience at performance Kia!! From the moment we walked in, we were met with a smiling face and excellent service. We were lucky enough to get Joe Kirby ( who was my wedding DJ and I have known for years) as our sales person and let me just tell you, it was one of the best experiences we have ever had with a car dealship/ sales person.
