Timely, efficient and courteous service. I never have to worry about spending the entire day at the dealership for maintenance or service. All of the staff I have encountered are knowledgeable and pleasant. I will continue to have my Honda serviced at North City even though it’s quite a distance from my home.

This is my second purchase from this dealership. My most recent experience was the most positive. The salesperson, J. Salinas. listened, heard and answered my questions. I received a reasonable offer on my trade in and ordered a CRV-H. When the inevitable delay in delivery occurred they offered me the same car only better. I’m happy. Everyone was friendly, respectful and helpful. I never felt talked down to or pressured. Best car buying experience in my life and this is my seventh car.
