On time, thorough, completed work as planned. Everything was excellent except the worn out chairs in waiting area.

Brought the car in for repair and stated clearly that there was a ratteling chain noise after the car was turned off. I stated that this was NOT incidental or erratic. The activity ( noise) happens everytime. After the car was reviewed and diagnosed I was called with another issue detected during the test/diagnosis un related to the issue I brought the car in for to begin with.
