Great Service all around. Everyone there is always friendly and welcoming.I just bought my second Toyota from the legendary Eric "Mo'man" Moseley. He truly is a class act. As long as he is in the business he will be my go to. Maintenance has always been friendly and extremely helpful. Hands down the best in the business!

The best car buying experience I’ve had! Jeff and Mark were great. They were very personable, I was comfortable, didn’t feel pressured and they made sure I got what works best for me. HIGHLY recommend Jeff, all around great experience.

Brian Revill went out of his way to help me in Service today! All of the staff are friendly and professional. There’s a large, well-appointed waiting room that makes social distancing easy, and they also will provide a courtesy Uber if asked. My car was ready earlier than I expected. I am a lifelong customer for sure!

We highly recommend Delonte of Newark Toyota World when looking for a new car. Car buying has always been a little stressful for me. But he made us feel at ease. Richard Litz was my salesman and provided me with a awesome experience. No hassle and not pushy like the typical car salesman. The car that I originally went to test drive had sold right before I arrived. Although there was nothing in the lot similar to what I was looking for, Ken Perdue was able to find an exact car at another location. It took two weeks to arrive in Newark, but Ken called me several times to provide updates. Once the car arrived, the final process was seamless and so fast. I am incredibly happy with the car (2020 Camry XSE) and everyone we were in contact with throughout the process.
